What is our DNA? Our DNA is to serve — to step out into our community and make an impact. We serve in many different ways and through many different groups, but one thing unites us: we serve together as one body, one gathering of believers on a mission. Our commitment keeps us ready to roll up our sleeves and continue making a difference where it matters most.
We know weekends can sometimes be difficult for serving, but this June gives us a great opportunity — it’s happening on a weekday, and it’s a DOUBLE Serve Day month! We’ll have the privilege of serving not only Man Church, but Woman Church as well. On Thursday, June 4th, the women will head over to Shanes to prepare dinner for all the women (the cook team will help cook). We will be cooking up street tacos for them also, so we need all hands (women) on deck. The biggest key is making sure everything flows smoothly and quickly, so let’s come ready to work, serve, and have a great time doing it.
Last time was an absolute blast, and the women are already looking forward to the evening again! Come anytime after 5:00 PM to help get things set up for an incredible evening of fellowship and service.
And hey gals… it’s time for a rematch! The ladies have outdid the men the last couple of years … can we make it a three-peat? Let’s show up strong and make this our year again!
