Louisiana March For Life

The March for Life is an inspiring, peaceful, vibrant, and joy-filled ralley of women, men, young people, and children for all across our area. But this is not just a protest... TOGETHER, WE GATHER TO CELEBRATE LIFE.  We celebrate life from the moment of conception to the moment of natural death, and every moment in between.  We envision a world where these moments are celebrated, valued, and protected by everybody.

Due to construction on the Texas Street Bridge, the event will be held solely in Shreveport.  There will be a family fun hour at the Shreveport Festival Plaza from 1-2 p.m. with the program beginnning at 2 p.m. at that location.  The march will be from the Shreveport Festival Plaza to the First United Methodist Church.

ITINERARY

1. If you are riding your motorcycle in the march, then meet in the north parking lot of the Aquarium by 1:45 pm. KSU is 1:45
2. If you are not riding, be at Festival Plaza ready to walk at 2 pm.
3. At 1:45, move to Festival Plaza with the motorcycles.
4. Lead the route as determined by organizers ending at 1st United Methodist.
