Plantation Park Easter - Egg Stuffing Party

Open Road Fellowship Church

Easter is coming, which means it is time to hang out with the kids. Open Road Fellowship has adopted all of the Kindergarten classes at Plantation Park Elementary as part of our commitment to connecting with our community. Each year we get the opportunity to head over to Plantation Park and hang out with the kindergarteners and have an Easter Egg hunt. The kids and teachers have a blast! If you have never had the opportunity to participate in our activities at Plantation Park, you are missing out on a true blessing!

We need to stuff some eggs (lots and lots of eggs) - so we need candy. We are collecting individually wrapped candy to stuff into the eggs (lots and lots of eggs). We have started our collection drive which will run through Sunday, March 24th. Bring your candy to the church, or you can also deliver it to On The Road Coffee Co. (next to Pepe's).

Then, we will get together (date to be determined) and pack the eggs (lots and lots of eggs), maybe eat a piece of candy or two, and take a moment to pray over the kids we eventually will deliver them to. Let's bring some joy to some child during this Easter season.

HERE'S THE PLAN

  • Candy Collection:  March 10th - March 24th
  • Candy Drop-off:   Open Road Fellowship Church or On The Road Coffee Co.
  • Egg Stuffing Party:  Monday, March 25th @ 6:00 pm
  • Easter Egg Hunt With the Kids: Thursday, March 28th @ 1:00 pm

Come As You Are - Sundays at 10 am
